AB Legal Incorporated is a boutique practice with roots in KwaZulu-Natal and Western Cape, led by its founding director.
Most people encounter a law firm at a consequential moment — buying a home, losing a parent, starting a business, deciding what should happen to what they have built. Those moments deserve more attention than a file number and a quarterly update.
This firm was built around that conviction. It is small on purpose: small enough that the attorney handling your matter is the one who answers when you call, and small enough that we take on work we can genuinely do well rather than everything that comes through the door.

Aleisha grew up in Durban and matriculated from St Mary’s DSG in 2010. She read for a Bachelor of Arts in Social Dynamics at Stellenbosch University, majoring in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics.
Her articles of clerkship, served from 2018 to 2020 at an established firm in Paarl, covered unusually broad ground: civil litigation, estate administration, fiduciary and notarial services, commercial contract negotiation and drafting, and property law and conveyancing. It is the range that shapes how this practice works today.
She was admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of South Africa in 2020, and qualified as both a Conveyancer and a Notary Public in 2021 — two further admissions, each with its own national examination, and each permitting work no other practitioner may do.
The justice system should be empowering to every citizen, no matter their financial position.
